Day 5 - Takarakka to Longreach

Packed up camp, a little sore from all the walking the previous two days - looking forward to sitting and taking in what ever scenery we could along the road. This would be the longest day on the road - about 8 and half hours. Drove out of the Takarakka road back to the road north to Emerald, Alpha, Jericho, Barcaldine, and finally into Longreach.

Got into Longreach around 4:45pm. Buggered if we were going to cook tea, so went downtown and ordered some great pizzas from Woody's!
